Gin and Tonic

watchmencoverSO AWESOME. Read it.

That’s all I really can say.

I mean, if you’ve been following this blog at all, you know I don’t just plow through books, I take my time.

Well I finished this in like, A DAY, so I think that’s saying something.

But seriously, this opens up a whole new world of reading that I am excited to explore: graphic novels.

wereviking says:

While it makes me cringe to say it, Watchman, along with a handful of other graphic novels and books, really helped shaped my own writing style and approach to the world of four-colour comics. If you’re interested in that, try surfing to wereviking.wordpress.com for Zephyr, a superhero webcomic in prose.

Virtually all of my friends except me have read this. I guess I’m just not cool enough, lol.

I haven’t read this yet, nor seen the movie, but Number Two Daughter has this, and when I finish my pile of library books, I plan to read it. She went to an IMAX theater in Orlando to see the movie and came home totally blown away.

Hope all is well with you.
